Alana and Alyssa

Alana De La Garza has established herself as a household name in television. De La Garza, a Mexican American father as well as an Irish American mother, was born in Columbus Ohio on June 26, 1976. In the next few years, she moved to Texas to pursue a physical therapy career at the University of Texas. De La Garza didn't stay long in Texas prior to moving to Orlando, Florida. In Orlando, she played various roles ranging in local independent films as well as global commercials. Despite small roles, she quickly discovered her passion for acting. Her move was in New York. Her first acting gig was with the soap-opera All My Children. During early 2000s, her small parts were appearing on JAG Vegas and Two and a Half Men. She landed her major role in 2004 on the brief drama The Mountain. De La Garza had the delight of working with great TV actors like Barbara Hershey Oliver Hudson Penn Badgley Mitch Pileggeggi. She was A.D.A. on Law & Order in 2006. Connie Rubirosa. She appeared in 85 episodes. The character later re-entered the short-lived spin-off Law & Order: LA. De La Garza's character received numerous nominations which included Best Supporting Actress for Television at the Imagen Foundation Awards. She also received ALMA Award nods. In 2008, she received the Impact Award at National Hispanic Media Coalition's Outstanding Performance Award in a Dramatic Television Series. A short moment later De La Garza was cast for CSI Miami in a recurring character. She was Marisol Deko in the role of Horatio his wife. She played the character Dr. Lena Solis, she was most recently seen on the NBC's dark and tense drama Do No Harm. The show was later cancelled by NBC in the first two episodes. Alyssa Milano.............................Alyssa Jayne Milano was born on December 19 1972 in the Bensonhurst section of Brooklyn New York City to fashion designer and talent manager Lin Milano and film-music editor Thomas M. Milano. She was born Italian with a 10-year-old younger brother called Cory. Her family was very traditional and spiritual one. Milano launched her acting career aged seven after her babysitter joined her in an audition. Four of the four girls chosen among over a thousand applicants were Milano. Milano was featured on television in commercials as well as off Broadway productions, including an adaptation musical of Jane Eyre.
